Our Church Leadership

Our Church thrives because of the energy and style of the people who lead it. Here are a few of the people that make our church community special:

Rev. Dan MacDonald - Pastor

Dan graduated with his M.Div. from Denver Seminary in 1978 and has served in a variety of full-time ministry positions including the Billy Graham Association, over the years [see Pastor]. He received his Presbyterian Ordination in 2004. He holds a high view of scripture and loves to take complex concepts and make them easy to understand. His strengths are teaching/preaching God's word, pastoral care, and inspiring people to keep Christ central in their lives. He loves to camp, hike, kayak, and attend musicals with his wife, Linda, as well as spend time with their four adult children and families.

Esther Smith - Director of Children's Ministries

Esther [aka "Ms Esther"] is the mover and shaker of the children's programs at DuPont Presbyterian. She comes to us with a long history of church ministry experience, with a special heart for children to grasp Biblical truths and come to know the God she loves and serves. Esther is bursting with creative ideas, energy, and organization. On top of her duties with kids, she also heads up the Board of Deacons who serve the church and community in practical ways. Fran Anderson - Office Administrator

Fran has a long history in the Presbyterian denomination, helping out in whatever church she attends. Currently, she is in charge of designing, duplicating, and folding the weekly Sunday bulletins for our church. She is our all-around resource person and we would be lost without her. Have a question? Ryan Miles - Treasurer

Ryan has served our church for over a year in his capacity as Church Treasurer. He attends the monthly Session meetings to give his reports. He and his wife, Britni, are young marrieds with a lot of enthusiasm for serving Christ wherever they can. E-mail: ryan.miles12@gmail.com
